Canvassed Natal Charts


If there is damaged to your canvas, please email photos to and we will assess the damages, then send you a new canvassed chart free of charge (one time).


Unfortunately, your chart is unique and you are paying for the cost of goods and the time to create the artwork.  For that reason, we do not offer refunds for this product.  Please purchase your natal chart with that in mind.

Spiritual Guidance and/or Spiritual Sessions: 

We have the right to refuse service, especially if you are harassing us on any online platform (website or social media pages).

There are no refunds after the session has taken place, but you can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointed time.  Zodianz LLC. will reverse the charges once the appointment is cancelled and the charge went through.  It may take up to 5-7 days for the refund to show through your bank account (depends on your bank).


This will be a live session with an earth guide (spiritual adviser) over phone, video chat, or email.

Please note that this reading (spiritual guidance/spiritual session) will only provide intuitive insight and general guidance only.  All information provided to client is based on the information given to Zodianz LLC during initial consultation.
