Fashion and Apparel
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. See packing slip for return address.
You can exchange a product for up to 7 days from the date you receive your product. You will have to pay for the return shipping of the product.
You can return a fashion product for a full refund up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. You will have to pay for the return shipping of the product. Once we receive the product, we will refund the cost of the product so long as it's in the same condition you received it.
Any fashion product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Spiritual Guidance and/or Spiritual Sessions:
There are no refunds after the session has taken place, but you can cancel your appointment up to 2 hours before your appointed time. Zodianz LLC. will reverse the charges the appointment is cancelled and the charge went through. It may take up to 5-7 days for the refund to show through your bank account (depends on your bank).
This will be a live session with me over Skype or Google Hangout, email or by phone.
Please note that this reading (spiritual guidance/spiritual session) will only provide intuitive insight and general guidance only. All information provided to client is based on the information given to Zodianz LLC during initial consultation.
